ISS- The International Space Station is a modular space station in low Earth orbit. It is a multinational collaborative project involving five participating space agencies: NASA, Roscosmos, JAXA, ESA, and CSA. Launch started in 1998.
Indian Space Station- ISRO chairman Dr. K. Sivan announced in 2019 that India will not join the International Space Station and will instead build a 20 tonne space station on its own. It is intended to be built in the next 5–7 years. Expected- 2030
Sputnik 1 was the first artificial Earth satellite. It was launched into an elliptical low Earth orbit by the Soviet Union on 4 October 1957 as part of the Soviet space program.
Explorer 1 was the first satellite launched by the United States and was part of the U.S. participation in the International Geophysical Year, launched in the year 1958.
Aryabhata was the first Indian Satellite Launched in the year 1975. It was built by the ISRO, and launched by the Soviet Union as a part of the Soviet Interkosmos Programme which provided access to space for friendly states.

Mariner 9 was launched toward Mars on May 30, 1971 and was the first spacecraft to orbit another planet.
Chandrayaan-1 was the first Indian lunar probe under the Chandrayaan Program. It was launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation in October 2008.
Mars Orbiter Mission also called Mangalyaan was the first Indian Space Probe to Orbit Mars. It was launched on 5 November 2013 by the Indian Space Research Organisation.
